Experience of the full cycle of recruiting and interaction with recruiters. Knowledge and application of various technologies and methods of candidate search and evaluation. Experience in developing effective employee adaptation and certification programs. Knowledge of basic personnel assessment tools. Understanding material and non-material motivation systems, as well as evaluation systemsand personnel development and their introduction into the company. < span style="font-weight: 300; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Experience in creating an effective corporate culture that corresponds to the company's values.
