Head of Graphic Design (UI) in King Grup

King Group is actively growing: we scale products, develop brands and build complex multi-user digital systems. In this regard, we are looking for a Head of Graphic Design, who will take full responsibility for the graphic and UI part of the online casino, form the product design strategy and ensure integrity and high visual quality at all levels.

Main tasks:

• Formation and development of the UI design strategy for the multiplayer online product (online casino);

• Definition and implementation of the visual direction of the product taking into account business goals, UX and product metrics;

• Development, scaling and updating of the design system (UI components, tokens, patterns, guidelines);

• Establishment and control of design standards, principles and best practices;

• Ensuring the integrity of the design on all platforms and in all features of the product;

• Managing a team of graphic/UI designers and heads of areas;

• Delegating tasks, planning resources, monitoring deadlines and results;

• Conducting design reviews, improving the quality and creative level of solutions;

• Close cooperation with product-, UX-, marketing- and development teams;

• Participation in the formation and decomposition of tasks together with customers and stakeholders;

• Mentoring, development of designers, building a culture of responsibility and quality.

Your experience and strengths:

• Experience of working as Head of Design / Design Lead / Creative Director in digital or product teams;

• Strong portfolio with product UI cases, large-scale and multi-brand projects;

• Experience with design systems and complex interfaces;

• Understanding the specifics of multi-user products, preferably iGaming/fintech/high-load products;

• Strong management skills: building teams, processes, delegation;

• High level of visual taste and UI expertise;

• Systemic and strategic thinking, product and business result orientation;

• Ability to argue design decisions and work with feedback;

• Orientation on team development, training and scaling expertise.

You will be a plus:

• Experience working with live services or products with constant content updates;

• Understanding UI interaction with animation, motion and game mechanics;

• Experience in building design processes "from scratch" or scaling them.
