Who we are are we looking for?

• Candidate with higher education
• Ready to consider candidates without experience
• Desired experience with programs: SAP ERP (SD), SAP CRM, Axdraft, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint
• Knowledge of legislative and regulatory acts in the relevant field of activity

Basic responsibilities:

• Organization of the preparation, execution, conclusion and support of contracts that ensure additional income of the Company
• Full cycle of formation of primary documents (invoices, deeds) according to concluded contracts
• Timely sending of primary documentation to customers: by mail and through the "Vchasno" service
• Monthly monitoring of the fulfillment of the terms of contracts regarding timely payment; initiation of necessary measures in case of violations
• Consideration of Customer appeals, provision of explanations and preparation of answers in accordance with internal procedures
• Formation of interim and final reports on the provided services and additional income contracts (Excel, SAP, Power BI)
