Who we are looking for:

• An experienced manager with at least 3 years of work specifically in the manufacture of individual furniture orders.
• A specialist with deep knowledge of all stages of the production process — from the preparation of materials to final assembly. 
• A leader with excellent system thinking skills, able to allocate priorities and rationally plan work. 
• Someone who has experience in competent resource planning, team management (a team of 30 members) and optimization of production processes. 
• A leader capable of quickly responding to emerging problems and finding effective solutions. 
• A candidate ready to work offline in Kyiv, at the location: Kyiv, st. Yevgenia Kharchenko (Boryspilska, Kharkiv).
• Work schedule:Mon — Fri, 09:00 — 18:00
  

Main tasks:

• Carytraining and development of the production process, introduction of new technologies and automation.
• Quality control, reduction of defects and improvement of productivity. 
• Planning and coordination of the work of all areas of production
• Rational use of resources — human, material and warehouse.
• Analysis of costs and compliance with the production budget. 
• Constant improvement of processes and increase of team motivation.
