Responsibilities:
- organization and control of technological production processes;
- ordering of raw materials, control of residues;
- organization, planning and control of the work of employees and their training in the field;
- compilation of technological maps and calculations;
- control of product quality according to state norms and standards of the company;
- inventories, write-off control;
- control of ensuring the sanitary condition of production premises in accordance with the requirements of sanitary norms and rules;
- participation in the development of new products.
Requirements:
- experience in setting up production processes and personnel management;
- knowledge of regulations and documents on state regulation of the functioning of catering establishments;
- knowledge of costing, recipes, cooking technology, as well as requirements for quality, terms and storage conditions;
- confident command of a PC, work experience with accounting programs of type 1C;
- high level of responsibility, system thinking, organizational skills, discipline.
