Role Purpose
Build and develop a systemic HR function that supports business growth, team management and transparent work rules. The role involves management responsibility, participation in the formation of management decisions and direct interaction with the CEO. Areas of responsibility HR-strategy and management HR-approach formation in accordance with the goals and stage of the company's development Planning of personnel needs Participating in the formation management decisions together with the CEO
Building and maintaining the organizational structureRecruiting management
- Recruiter and Junior HR management
- Control of the recruiting funnel, terms and quality of hiring
- Formation and maintenance of uniform selection standards
Evaluation and personnel development
- Implementation and support of KPI
- Participation in the evaluation of the performance of employees and teams
- Control of the relevance of remuneration conditions
- Organization of adaptation, training and development of personnel
HR policies and processes
- Development and updating of HR policies and of regulations
- Control of HR documentation
- Bringing order and systematicity in HR processes
- Interaction with department heads and adjacent departments
Requirements
Mandatory:
- Experience of working as an HR director / Head of HR from 3 years
- Experience in managing the HR function
- Experience in companies with more than 50 employees
- Understanding of HR as a management function
- Skills in building processes and a system approach
It will be an advantage:
- Experience in building an HR function with zero
- Experience working in the European market
- Understanding of employee performance evaluation
- Experience implementing training and development
- Knowledge of the English language
