Head of Financial Products & Payments in Nova poshta

Nova Poshta is the leader of express delivery in Ukraine. Our team is constantly growing, and we are currently looking for a Head of Financial Products & Paymentsto lead the development of financial services.

Role Objective: to grow Nova's financial services - COD, Payments, Transfers, Insurance, Internal Financial Services - to increase revenue, increase conversions and create fast, convenient and safe financial experience for customers in Ukraine and in Nova Post countries.

Main responsibilities:

• Form the product vision, strategy and roadmap of financial services.
• Manage a team of product managers responsible for financial services.
• Develop products: cash on delivery (COD), international COD, payments, financial services in the mobile application, on the website and in branches.
• Analyze and improve product economics: commissions, tariffs, profitability, risks.
• Ensure compliance of products with financial, legal and regulatory requirements.
• Optimize financial transaction processes: processing speed, accuracy, SLA.
• Develop partnerships with banks, financial institutions, insurance partners.
• Work with stakeholders: Finance, Legal, Risk, IT, Operations.
• Run A/B tests, research, UX improvements for financial scenarios.
• Maintain reporting, metrics, KPIs and present results to management.

Candidate requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management / FinTech / Payments / Digital Banking.
• Deep understanding of financial services: COD, payments, commissions, transactional logic.
• Experience with financial regulation, legal requirements, financial risks.
• Ability to work with data, building financial models and analytics.
• Strong experience in working with stakeholders and the ability to present solutions.
• Experience in product or cross-functional management team.
• Understanding technical andintegrations, API, billing systems.
• Experience of launching financial products in international projects.
• Knowledge of PSD2, KYC, antifraud, payment infrastructure solutions.
• Experience of working with mobile financial services.
• Understanding product economics, LTV, margin.
