AVDtrade is the official Ukrainian distributor of auto parts for cars and commercial vehicles. Since 2003, we have been developing a partner network and importing products of over 60 leading European brands from Europe, China, Turkey, India and other countries.
Our central office and distribution center are located in Zhytomyr, and branches operate in Kyiv, Lviv and Vinnytsia. We provide distribution throughout Ukraine, have a range of over 80,000 SKUs, and plan further network scaling branches.
Main business: distribution of auto parts on the B2B market (95% of orders are placed online through the website by customers). Our clients are auto parts stores, online stores, service stations, corporate fleets.

> font-style: normal">The CFO is a strategic partner of the owner who ensures the financial stability and growth of the business.The role combines financial strategy, liquidity, working capital and risk management with building transparent management accounting, budget discipline and a data-driven decision-making system.
ensuring stable cash flow, liquidity, financing as needed.Organization of management accounting and reporting, data consolidation, analytics, KPI-reporting.
Management of pricing, margin, determination of break-even point, control of profitability by categories, channels, branches.
Optimization of working capital capital, accounts receivable/payable debt management, DSO / DPO control, inventory and turnover cycle optimization.
Cash Flow forecasting and control, payment calendar management, interaction with banks.
Budgeting: operational, investment, long-term; reconciliation of P&L, Cash Flow and Balance; scenario planning, tax planning, budget execution control.
Financial modeling and investment evaluation (NPV, IRR, etc.), CAPEX management.
Finance automation: inteERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)/WMS/CRM/BI, creation of financial dashboards, automated procedures, support for e-commerce and digital payments.
KPIs by which the effectiveness of the role is evaluated:
Net Profit, EBITDA Margin, Operating Cash Flow, Cash Conversion Cycle, DSO, DPO, Inventory Turnover, accuracy of financial forecasting, ROI of investments, budget execution, accounting quality and reporting.
Structure and reporting:
Works directly with the CEO (owner). We report to accounting, financial managers, analysts, legal counsel.

Selection stages:
Online meeting with HRD
Interview with CEO and the current fin director (online or in Zhytomyr); possible testing of skills and leadership/analytical competences
Final meeting with the CEO to discuss conditions and key tasks for the trial period
