Head of EHS in Geberit

PJSC «Geberit Ceramics Production» is looking for successful Head of EHS to join our team in Slavuta plant.Head of EHS is responsible for leading the EHS site organization and implementing the environmental, safety & health strategy ensuring full compliance with UA legislation and Geberit Group corporate standards.Main Tasks: Develop, implement and maintain environmental, safety & health strategy ensuring full compliance with UA legislation and Geberit Group corporate standards.Manage EHS department, facilitate development of direct reports.Provide effective leadership to strengthen safety-minded culture and increase involvement and awareness of employees.Advise and support Slavuta leadership team and other staff on environmental, safety & health topics.Lead the incidents investigation process, including root cause analysis and planning corrective actions.Perform risk assessments and lead the implementation of effective physical and behavioral control measures to reduce risk.Implement and maintain EHS best practices: BOI, LOTO, change management, improving ergonomics and working conditions, reducing RCS impact, environmental protection.Ensure all employees receive appropriate trainings on safety procedures (including legally required trainings).Monitor compliance with EHS regulations and company policies, conducting regular safety audits.Corporate and governmental reporting.RequirementsCandidate requirements Education and ExperienceHigher education (EHS or engineering).From five years of general health, safety & Environmental experience (preferably in international companies)Upper intermediate level of English (B2).Knowledge of ISO standards (14001; 45001). Certification is highly desirable.Knowledge of UA EHS legislation.
