Head of Superhumans educational programs in SUPERLYuDI, BLAGODIYNA ORGANIZACIYa, Blagodiyniy Fond

Superhumans Center is an all-Ukrainian modern war trauma center specializing in prosthetics, reconstructive surgery, rehabilitation and psychological support of adults and children affected by war since 2022.

Location:hybrid format (Kyiv/Lviv).

What is needed to do:

• Develop and launch educational products (online, offline and hybrid formats) based on the clinical practice of the center.
• Form and implement training programs and certification courses for external audiences and internal training of the team.
• Develop cooperation with international medical schools, universities and professional associations.
• Initiate and implement joint educational programs with international partners.
• Ensure placement and promotion of educational courses on international educational platforms.
• Participate in international educational initiatives, grant programs and partnership projects.
• Build and develop the educational ecosystem of the center, in particular, implement LMS.
• Implement training quality standards and develop a system for evaluating the results of educational programs (KPI, NPS, completion rate).
• Form and develop a network of teachers, mentors and international experts for educational programs.
• Develop and implement a monetization model for educational products.
• Promote and sell educational programs to an international audience.
• Develop partner educational programs based on the revenue share model.
• Form and strengthen the international educational brand Superhumans.

What we expect from You:

• Experience building and scaling educational products (edtech, medical education, or corporate training).
• Experience launching online courses and certification programs.
• Experience with LMS systems (Moodle, Canvas, Thinkific, Kajabi or similar).
• Understanding the medical environment or having a medical background would be an advantage.
• Experience commercialization of educational products or building an educational business model.
• Experience in the development of international partnerships or participation in international educational projects will be an advantage.
• Systemic thinking and the ability to structure complex knowledge into understandable curricula.
• Fluency in English (oral and written).
• Strategic thinking and the ability to develop educational directions.
• Entrepreneurial approach and orientation to results.
• High level of self-organization and responsibility.
• Ability to work effectively in an environment of rapid changes.
• Ability to transform complex clinical experience into a structured educational product.
