Responsibilities:
- Community information
- Development and implementation of communication strategies with the community.
- Providing relevant and understandable information about the activities, projects and decisions of the organization.
- Using various communication channels to reach a wide audience (social networks, messengers, meetings, round tables, newsletters, etc.).
- Involvement of the community
- Organization and holding of consultations and meetings with the community.
- Creating opportunities for community participation in the planning and implementation of projects.
- Taking into account the opinions and suggestions of the community when making decisions.
- Feedback
- Development and implementation of mechanisms for collecting feedback from the community in TCH organizations of their region.
- Analysis of received feedback and suggestions.
- Promotion of national feedback channels.
- Adjustments to the organization's activities based on feedback.
- Transparency and responsibility
- Ensuring transparency in the processes and activities of the organization.
- Accountability to the community for decisions and measures taken.
- Preparation of reports on work results and achievements in the field of SEA.
- Conducting trainings and seminars for employees and volunteers on SEA issues.
- Providing advice and support to colleagues on the integration of SEA approaches in their work.
