What you will do as the head of the department:

• organize work in the department;
• to organize and personally attract clients of legal entities and individuals;
• sell a full range of banking products to clients;
• develop commercial relations with an established client portfolio;
• analyze and develop individual and commercial needs of clients;
• prepare reports;
• provide high-quality customer service at the branch

We are looking for a specialist who:

• has a higher education in economics;
• has experience of 3 years or more in the banking sector with legal entities (attraction and customer service);
• has knowledge of regulatory documents regulating the procedure for working with legal entities, knowledge of financial and economic analysis of the enterprise; knowledge of complex products for legal entities, NBU instructions regarding cash register operations.
