They support a diverse clientele, including top-tier investment firms, consulting companies, sovereign wealth funds, and major global corporations. Headquartered in London, they operate across multiple regions including EMEA (with key locations in Portugal, Turkey, Bahrain, and Saudi Arabia), the Americas (notably in New York and Colombia), and Asia (covering Singapore, Pakistan, Hong Kong, and the Philippines). This extensive international presence allows them to offer localized expertise and timely, relevant insights, aiding clients in navigating complex markets and making informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Acting as clients’ primary point of contact, answering their questions, and addressing their concerns.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring they are satisfied with the company’s products or services.
- Identifying and addressing any issues or problems that clients may have and working to find solutions.
Requirements :
- Fluent in English, C1 level of proficiency.
- Must be available to work during standard UK business hours, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM UK time (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Kyiv time ).
- Experience in a phone-based customer service role is essential, preferably managing inbound calls and email support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-oriented attitude.
