Head of department in Hesed - Shaare Tykva, HEBF, BO

We, the Charitable Foundation, are looking for a qualified and responsible head of the "Children's program" department with an educational or psychological education to join our friendly and professional team.

Your duties will include:

• Managing the department: planning and organizing the department's activities, monitoring the performance of tasks, ensuring work efficiency,
• Forming permanent groups of participants who visit the department,
• Compiling monthly work plans , manage the current activities of the department;
• Control the effective and even spending of budget funds in the current year;
• Select volunteers, conduct briefings with them and educational seminars;
• Compile monthly reports on the work of the department, provide the necessary reporting documentation within the stipulated time;
• Keep the necessary documentation, develop forms necessary for the work of the department; interact with heads and deputy heads of other departments of the Fund;
• Control the current work of social work specialists,
• Participate in the development of criteria for providing assistance to children-clients of the Fund;
• >Carry out work on planning and development of new directions in the Fund's activities;
• Conduct daily consultative reception of clients on issues beyond the competence of social welfare specialists work;
• Search for, write grants and monitor the implementation of current grant projects,
• Provide reporting and other necessary information to sponsors.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Must have a higher pedagogical or psychological degree education.
• Experience of working with children.
• Experience of working in a similar position for at least 5 years.
• Excellent personnel management and communication skills.
• High level of organizational and analytical skills.
• Confident PC user, good command of Microsoft Office.
• Creativity and initiative.
• Age from 35 up to 50 years old.
