Head of Corporate Communications & Engagement in UNIQA, Strahova kompaniya

The insurance company UNIQA — the leader of the insurance market of Ukraine, which is part of the Austrian UNIQA Insurance Group, one of the largest insurance groups in Europe, invites to its team Head of Corporate Communications & Engagement

The purpose of the role - formation, development and implementation of the company's corporate communications system aimed at strengthening the brand reputation, developing the employer brand and increasing the level of employee involvement.

What will be in your area of responsibility:

Corporate communications

• development of the internal communications system companies
• communication support for key changes and corporate initiatives
• preparation of communication materials for internal audiences
• development of internal communication channels

PR and reputational communications

• interaction with the media and development of PR communications of the company
• preparation of press releases, comments and information materials
• development of expert company presence in business and profile media
• participation in industry ratings, awards and professional initiatives

LinkedIn and corporate presence

• development of the company's corporate page on LinkedIn
• formation and implementation of a content plan
• development of the company's expert presence in professional networks

Employer brand and internal engagement

• employer brand development and communication
• preparation of content about company culture and life
• implementation of employee engagement programs
• internal communication campaigns and initiatives
• management of corporate social responsibility projects

CSR and social initiatives

• Planning and implementation of CSR projects
• Interaction with partners, foundations, social organizations.
• Preparation of materials and reports.

Events and professional communities

• organization of internal corporate events
• participation in industry conferences, forums and professional events
• interaction with professional associations and business communities (EBA, ACC, etc.)

International interaction

• participation in the UNIQA Group international communication community
• exchange of the best corporate communications practitioners
• representation of UNIQA Ukraine communication initiatives at group level

What is important for this role:

• Work experience of 5 years or more in the field of corporate communications, marketingin, PR or HR

• Fluency in English at least Upper-Intermediate for working with international teams and communication materials

• Experience in the development and management of corporate communications: internal communications, PR, reputational communications, employer brand

• Practical experience in managing corporate social networks and content management

details and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
