We are looking for a contact center manager.
Area of responsibility:
Complete management of the contact center (calls, chats, social networks);
Building and optimization of business processes in e-commerce; font-weight: 400"/>Management of a team of operators: selection, adaptation, training;
Development of scripts for jewelry; font-weight: 400"/>Control of the quality of communications (listening, rating, feedback);
Analytics of indicators: conversion, AOV, FCR, LTV;
Interaction with marketing, e-commerce and retail network;
Working with peak periods (promotions, seasonal sales).
Our expectations:
Experience as a contact center manager from 2 years;
Experience in e-commerce or premium retail (jewellery / fashion / luxury — a plus);
Strong expertise in sales and customer service;
Understanding the online sales journey;
Experience with CRM, telephony, chats, omnichannel;
Analytical thinking and the ability to work with KPIs.
