Customer Support Specialist (Zakupivli. pro) in VCHASNO GROUP

Zakupivli.pro is the largest public and commercial bidding platform, an official member of the Prozorro electronic public procurement system. Through us, the National Police buys food for guard dogs, and OKKO sells gasoline to the state. We have a web service, a mobile application and a training platform for customers and suppliers.

About the team: The team currently consists of 7 public procurement specialists, a written support specialist and a first line leader. The team is complemented by a customer service quality control specialist, a technical user support specialist and a division manager. We are looking for another specialist in public procurement who likes to help people.

What is important for this role:

• experience working on an incoming "hot" line / experience in a call center;
• fluent and competent command of the Ukrainian language (written and conversational);
• readiness for a large amount of information;
• sincere desire to help every client;
• openness, ease of communication (ability to find a common language with different people);
• flexibility, quick adaptation in conditions of change.

Will an advantage:

• experience in public procurement;
• legal education or experience working with the legal framework, documentation;
• experience in the field of sales, working with clients.

Tasks:

• consulting clients by phone (incoming "hot" line), on average 60-90 calls (depending on the season) per day (duration of 1 call on average 3 minutes):

1) on site functionality

2) on the rules of public procurement of various types

3) on legislative issues that regulate tender activity in Ukraine (it is not necessary to know all the details, for this, we have lawyers in our team)

4) on other issues related to government and commercial tenders and site work

• processing of callbacks and missed calls;
• consultation in chat and mail (irregular, only if needed).
