We are looking for a manager of construction projects (renovation, innovation)Objects are located all over Ukraine. Every three years, modern sports paolats are overhauled and clubs are updated.There are two heads of the construction department in the team, this is +1 position in the department.  (together with findep) in the development of the project financing schedule;Formation and updating of the schedule for issuing projects, conducting tenders, concluding contracts and supplying materials;

We are looking for a manager of construction projects (renovation, innovation)

Objects are located all over Ukraine. Every three years, modern sports paolats are overhauled and clubs are updated.

There are two heads of the construction department in the team, this is +1 position in the department. 

(together with findep) in the development of the project financing schedule;

  • Formation and updating of the schedule for issuing projects, conducting tenders, concluding contracts and supplying materials;

  • Formation and transfer to fin. department ofmonthly applications for financing;

  • Formation of weekly applications for financing in 1C;

  • Control of construction termsaccording to the project implementation schedule;

  • Control of compliance with technical and architectural/design solutions implemented objects;

  • Control over the implementation of the project budget, in case of deviations of the budget in the direction of increase, looks for options to optimize the project;

  • Transfer of the finished object into operationof the operation department.

  • Organization of product creation(tasks, planning decisions, design project);
  • Initiation and participation as part of the working group in the development of the project concept; initiation and participation as part of the working group for defining technical solutions for the project (together with the operational department and the physical director); participation (together with the legal department) in the preparation of legal documentation; organizing the signing contract(s) (general) contract;
  • Formation and updating of the construction and installation work schedule;

    • Objects of sports clubs. 2-3 projects at the same time, teamwork. 

     
  • Basic norms DBN 2.2-9:2018;
  • Technology of basic construction processes;
  • Ownership of software products AutoCAD, Excel, 1C;
  • Knowledge of systems ETR, VC, SPZ, SKS;
  • Bmanagement of commercial real estate;
  • Construction of residential real estate;
  • Implementation of interior decoration and networks of commercial real estate;
  • Budget for object implementation;
  • Project implementation plan;
  • Project implementation control system;
  • Principles of project budget formation, ability to defend proposed solutions.
