Manager for the organization of electrical installation works (in Ukraine)

Vision Lighting is a Ukrainian manufacturer of lighting equipment for retail and commercial real estate. Among our clients are large retail chains and developers across the country.

We are currently in the phase of active growth: we are launching our own electrical installation department - and we are looking for someone to build it from scratch and lead it.

This is not an ordinary position. You get real influence: you form a team yourself contractors, build processes, manage projects at facilities throughout Ukraine. There is a budget, there is a client base, there is company support - a person with experience and character is needed.

What you will do:

• Communicate with customers, identify needs and participate in the development of the project concept
• Compile specifications and project documentation for electrical installation works
• Form and defend price offers in ERP system of the company
• Build a network of reliable contractors - search, select, conclude agreements
• Purchase materials and tools in compliance with transparent pricing
• Control the quality and deadlines of work at all facilities
• Accept work from contractors and close documentation with clients

Who we are looking for:

• Experience in managing electrical installation or construction projects from 5 years
• Understanding the specifics of electrical installation "from the inside" - the ability to read diagrams, estimate volumes, see risks
• Knowledge of current PUE, DBN, occupational health and safety requirements
• Professional higher education (electrical engineering, construction, management)
• A confident user of MS Office, MS Project or similar
• Readiness for business trips in Ukraine is a mandatory part of the job
• Independence and responsibility: here they do not wait until they tell you what to do
