Head of construction projects in Sport Layf

Main duties:

• Initiation and participation (together with the budget specialist) in the development of the project budget;
• Protection of the project budget (justification of technical solutions and financial indicators of the projects);
• Iinitiation and participation (together with fundep) in the development of the financing schedule of the project;

• Formation and updating of the schedule for issuing projects, conducting tenders, concluding contracts and supplying materials;

• Formation and transfer to fin. department ofmonthly applications for financing;

• Formation of weekly applications for financing in 1C;

• Control of construction termsaccording to the project implementation schedule;

• Control of compliance with technical and architectural/design solutions implemented objects;

• Control over the implementation of the project budget, in case of deviations of the budget in the direction of increase, looks for options to optimize the project;

• Transfer of the finished object into operationof the operation department.

• Organization of product creation(tasks, planning decisions, design project);
• Initiation and participation as part of the working group in the development of the project concept; initiation and participation as part of the working group for defining technical solutions for the project (together with the operational department and the physical director); participation (together with the legal department) in the preparation of legal documentation; organizing the signing contract(s) (general) contract;
• Formation and updating of the construction and installation work schedule;

Objects of sports clubs. 2-3 projects at the same time, teamwork.
