Head of construction projects in Yuvileyniy m`yasokombinat, TOV

The customer service is looking for a construction project manager for the team.

Requirements:

• education in the field of construction/architecture;
• knowledge of building regulations;
• knowledge of project documentation;
• knowledge of the sequence of obtaining permits for construction and repair;
• knowledge of legislative and regulatory acts in construction.

Responsibilities:

• organization of design and construction works on the part of the Customer
• formation of the project budget;
• organization and conducting of tenders for the execution of construction and installation works;
• control over the fulfillment of contractual obligations;
• control of receipt and verification of project documentation;
• selection of subcontractors, control of terms, quality and volume of construction and assembly works being performed.
