Head of Compensation and Benefits (c&b) in ASRIS AGRO

Responsibilities:

• management of the wage fund budget: preparation of the FOP budget, its analysis and protection
• updation P&L and CF on the FOP budget
• control of numbers and salaries
• formation and updating of the organizational structure
• ensuring the correct calculation and payment of compensation and benefits to employees
• development of motivation systems and participation in performance evaluation projects

Requirements:

• experience in a similar position for at least 2 years
• deep understanding and knowledge of legislation in the field of compensation and benefits
• developed analytical skills, attention to details
• high responsibility, organizational and communicative skills
• advanced Excel skills
