The international charitable organization "Eastern Europe Foundation" within the framework of the implementation of the Swiss-Ukrainian program "Electronic governance for government accountability and community participation (EGAP)" announces a competitive selection for the search for the head / head of C4IR from the World Economic Forum for projects in the field of public technologies jointly with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine.

We are looking for an enterprising and ambitious person to head the Center for the Fourth Industrial Revolution (C4IR) in Kyiv from the World Economic Forum in cooperation with the Ministry of Digital Transformation. This role involves developing the center's strategy, managing the team and building key international partnerships. About the project: The Center for the Fourth Industrial Revolution (C4IR) of the World Economic Forum brings together governments, businesses and experts to implement innovative solutions.

The goal of the center: to support digital transformation by creating policies that promote the development of new technologies with global impact. It connects national GovTech ecosystems with a global network of experts to promote more efficient, effective and accessible government services. This is a unique opportunity to join global initiatives that change the world and implement projects that are important for Ukraine.

Duties within the scope of cooperation:

  • development and implementation of the development strategy of the Center;
  • participation in the development of the concept of the Center's areas of activity and their implementation plans;
  • management of hiring and development of the Center's team;
  • communication with stakeholders, development of partnerships with WEF and other key organizations;
  • coordination of project partners and contractors;
  • maintenance of documentation, preparation of reports and other materials for the World Economic Forum;
  • monitoring of compliance with donor requirements and cooperation standards;
  • development of long-term plans and strategies to increase the effectiveness of the center's work;
  • monitoring the implementation of plans and ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators of the center's directions;
  • implementing innovative solutions and improving processes to maximize the impact of the center;
  • representing the center at public events, such as conferences, interviews, etc.

Requirements for candidates:

  • minimum 3 years of experience in management positions, preferably in international or technological projects;
  • excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills;
  • experience in negotiations and building strategic partnerships;
  • ability to make strategic decisions and motivate the team to achieve ambitious goals;
  • high organization and ability to manage complex projects;
  • fluency in Ukrainian and English.
