  • Development of implementation and support of systems for continuous improvement of processes;
  • Preparation of presentation materials and reporting to project sponsors on the status of implementation;
  • Calculation of indicators of economic efficiency and feasibility of projects;
  • Definition of KPIs of information panels and implementation of effective management reporting.

    • Experience in managing teams and implementing improvement projects;
    • Experience in developing KPIs;
