The primary goal is to produce Value for Production (VFP) that demonstrates the division’s effectiveness and efficiency. This involves increasing profitability by optimizing the work of Deputies and Managers, implementing strategic plans, setting priorities, ensuring timely completion of programs, and maintaining quality standards.
