Head of projects and programs for the automation of automation management in Operator GTS Ukrayini, TOV

Functional duties:

• Planning, organization and coordination of the implementation of projects and programs on industrial
• automation, ensuring the fulfillment of deadlines, budget and scope of work.
• Formation of technical requirements, preparation of project documentation and ensuring its compliance with automation standards and regulatory framework.
• Supervision according to the stages of implementation of industrial automation systems, from design to commissioning, with an emphasis on quality and safety.
• Planning and control of the use of financial, technical and human resources to ensure the effectiveness of project implementation.
• Identification, analysis and management of risks associated with the implementation of projects, as well as the development of plans for their minimization.
• Communication with customers, suppliers, contractors, regulatory authorities and internal by the company's divisions in order to ensure the successful implementation of projects.
• Tracking the status of project and program implementation, analyzing key performance indicators (KPI) and making adjustments in planning as needed.
• Search and implementation of new technological solutions in the field of industrial automation that increase the efficiency and reliability of the gas transportation system.
• Ensuring timely maintenance and modernization of automated systems implemented within projects.
• Preparation of reports for management on the status of projects, fulfillment of goals, use of resources and achieved results, as well as ensuring documentation updates.

Necessary skills and knowledge:

• Higher technical education.
• 3 years of work experience
< li>Ability to plan, implement and manage projects in the field automation
• of the gas transportation system.
• Ability to solve technical problems, provide support and advice to personnel.
• Ability to lead a team, develop and motivate personnel, make strategic decisions.< /li>
• Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and other departments, understand business needs and be able to explain complex technical aspects to non-technical staff.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively resources.
• Regulatory and methodical materials on the organization of technical maintenance of production automation systems and means (hereinafter - AB).
• Technology and prospects for the development of production of the gas transportation system, its

management, production, and technological processes.

• The level and current state of automation of both individual management, production, and technological processes, as well as in gas transportation as a whole system.
• Tasks, goals, structure, composition and tools of the AV related to the Department's sphere of activity.
• Purpose, design features and general functional and technical characteristics, operating rules of existing key systems and AV means of the gas transportation system.
• Procedure of setting tasks, their algorithmization.
• Procedure of development and design of technical documentationAV.
• Concepts, resolutions, orders, orders, methodical, regulatory and other management materials on the organization of the development, implementation and operation of systems and means of AV.
• Rules for the technical and safe operation of main gas pipelines .
