The American company OSSA FRAMES, which sells branded glasses online, is looking for experienced marketing manager to manage all departments and coordinate the work of teams and agencies. The main task is to ensure effective cooperation between teams and achieve the company's business goals through professional management of marketing processes.
The main goal:
Organization, analysis and control of the work of all marketing processes and departments to achieve the company's key indicators ( profitability, traffic growth, conversions).
Responsibilities: p>
• Coordinating the work of teams: Managing marketing teams, agencies and freelancers who responsible for PPC, SEO, SMM, email marketing, content and work with influencers.
•Data analysis: strong> Regular analysis of indicators (ROI, CTR, CPA, conversions) to monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Setting tasks: Development of tasks for teams and contractors according to company goals.
• Performance control: Checking completed tasks for compliance with company goals and standards.
• Process optimization: Implementing improvements in work processes to achieve higher efficiency.
• Communication: Organization of regular meetings to coordinate actions between departments (design, sales, marketing, IT).
• Planning: Developing strategies and action plans to achieve the company's short- and long-term marketing goals.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Marketing Process Manager or Marketing Director in a retail or similar industry.
< p style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">• Marketing understanding: Deep knowledge in the main areas of digital marketing (PPC, SEO, SMM, email marketing, work with influencers).• Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data, identify weaknesses and suggest ways to improve.
• Leadership skills: Experience in managing teams, ability to motivate and direct people to achieve results.
• Excellent organizational skills: Ability to work with a large volume of tasks, set priorities and meet deadlines.
• Communication: High level of communication skills to effectively interact with various departments.
