The company "Nestle Ukraine" announces recruitment for a factory in the village of Torchyn (Volyn region) for the position"Head of the automation group"

Requirements: 

• Higher technical education (preferably — production automation, mechanical engineering or related areas).
• Experience in project management.
• of food products - will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of English at Upper Intermediate level or above.
• Developed planning, communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:

• Implementation of maintenance strategy; qualified technical support for the process of operation and repairs of packaging and technological equipment, mentoring of service and technical personnel.
• Improving equipment and processes. Ensuring trouble-free operation of production equipment.
• Management of the automation group: work planning, assignment of tasks, control of execution and development of team competencies.
• Implementation and development of a strategy for technical maintenance and automation of production equipment, ensuring its trouble-free and efficient operation.
• Organization of installation, debugging, modernization and maintenance of automation systems, electrical equipment, KPViA and pneumatic systems.
• Ensuring stable operation of packaging, technological equipment, engineering systems of the factory (compressed air, steam, ventilation, cold).
• Analysis of the causes of emergency shutdowns (BDA), initiation and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Participation in capital investment projects, introduction of new equipment, modernization and launch of new products.
• Management maintenance processes in accordance with Nestle standards (TPM, NCE, GI), maintenance planning and control.
• Working with SAP / AMM Mobile / DMO systems: maintenance planning, work accounting, ordering materials and spare parts.
• Initiating and implementing solutions to optimize costs, increase equipment reliability and reduce production losses.
• Control of compliance with equipment operation rules, occupational health and safety, industrial safety, quality and Nestle standards (ISO, FSSC, GMP)
