Functional:

• Development and implementation of IT strategy in accordance with business goals
• Organization of purchase, implementation and support of hardware and software
• Administration of company IT services
• Control of licenses, software updates and technical documentation
• Organization of data backup and recovery processes
• Interaction with contractors, providers and IT service providers

Area of responsibility:

• Stability and availability of IT infrastructure
• Continuous operation of business-critical services (remote access, mail etc.)
• Protection and confidentiality of information
• Effectiveness of IT service and compliance of IT resources with business needs
