We are looking for the "Brain" of our new Marketplace direction. You will be part of the Product Development Unit - the strategic core that determines what we sell, who we trust to sell and how much we earn from it. Your task is not operational selling, but assortment architecture and economics. You will turn data into money by creating clear objectives for the merchant acquisition team.

What your tasks will be:

1. Assortment strategy and niche search (R&D):

  • System search for "blue oceans": categories and products that are not in Comfy, but which the customer is looking for (analysis of Zero Search Results, High View/No Buy).
  • Formation of "Go-Get List": monthly combat task for the hunter team (a clear list of brands and categories that we critically need).
  • Monitoring of competitors and market trends (Google Trends, competitor performance analysis) to anticipate demand.

2. Economics and Pricing (Unit Economics):

  • Calculation and dynamic management of commission rates (Take Rate) to maximize Net Profit.
  • Modeling of unit economics of the 3P product card: understanding at what price and logistics the merchant is profitable to work with us, and we earn money. Control of price corridors: prevention of dumping and conflicts with 1P business. 3. 3P vs 1P Polygon Management:

    • Analyzing the risks of cannibalization of the core business.
    • Defining the Buy Box rules: when and why a merchant offer wins over a Comfy offer (or vice versa).

    Our ideal candidate:

    • Has experience as a Category Manager in the marketplace or a Commercial Analyst in a large e-commerce.
    • You do not theoretically but practically understand what it is:
      • Buy Box (algorithms of winning buy buttons);
      • Take Rate (economy of commissions);
      • Long Tail (work with the "tail" of the assortment);
      • Unit economics of product cards (CPA, Logistics, Margin).
    • You have the following tools:
    • Excel / Google Sheets (Pro): Ability to build complex financial models, scenario analysis (What-if).
    • Data Analysis: Experience working with large data sets. Knowledge of SQL / Power BI will be a significant advantage.
    • Market Tools: Ability to use market analysis tools (SimilarWeb, price parsers, Google Analytics).
    • Entrepreneurial mindset: You look at the category as an investment portfolio.
    • Ability to argue: Willingness to defend the strategy of launching 3P products in front of category managers (1P).
