Manager of business trip administration in Metinvest

We are looking for mmanager of business trip administration for the Group company - Metinvest Business Service.

What needs to be done:

• carry out documentary support for business trips (orders, invitations, advance reports);
• budget the company's expenses in the direction of business trips and control their use;
• provide consultations to the company's employees within the framework of their responsibilities;
• enter information about costs into the SAP system;
• control the correctness of the registration and compliance of the service costs issued by the agency according to the AVR and invoices.

Our expectations:

• availability of higher education in the specialties "Management", "Hotel, restaurant and tourism management" business";
• preferably work experience in travel agencies or travel organization experience, incl. abroad;
• knowledge of labor legislation;
• experience in SAP will be an advantage;
• confident user of MS Office.
