Head of AI implementation

Bank Credit Dnipro JSC is looking for a manager who will be responsible for the development and implementation of artificial intelligence solutions in key business areas of the Bank.

     Functional responsibilities:

• Formation and implementation of the Bank’s AI strategy (ML/GenAI) of MLOps processes: deployment, monitoring, update of models.
• Ensuring compliance of AI-solutions with NBU requirements, compliance, information security.
• Evaluation of effectiveness of AI-solutions (ROI, risk reduction, cost optimization).
• Interaction with business stakeholders and Bank management.

Requirements for candidates:

• Experience in the field of AI/ML from 2 years, preferably in the financial sector.
• Practical experience of implementing models in a production environment.
• Understanding banking processes: lending, risks, fraud, AML.
• Experience in managing projects and cross-functional teams.
• Technical knowledge: Python, SQL, ML frameworks (scikit-learn / PyTorch) RAG).
• Implemented cases in scoring, fraud detection, AML monitoring.
• Experience of interacting with regulatory requirements regarding models.
