We are looking for a Growth User Acquisition Manager at Dressly, who will join the business development and be responsible for the growth of the UA direction: launching and developing new channels, testing hypotheses, scaling effective solutions and automating processes. This is a hands-on role with a direct impact on business growth.Joining the team now means:

Your area of responsibility will includechildren:
— Launch, optimization and scaling of advertising campaigns in AppLovin, Pinterest Ads, Amazon Ads and other channels;
— Testing and development of new paid UA channels;
— Generation and verification of hypotheses about user behavior, testing them through performance tools;
— A/B testing of creatives, analyzing their effectiveness and finding patterns that influence results;
- Close work with the creative team: setting of tasks and providing feedback;"> Monitoring key marketing metrics (CPI, CAC, CR, ROAS, ROMI, LTV) and preparation of regular reports;
— Research of competitors and the lifestyle / AI-based mobile & web products market;
— Scaling of campaigns in Tier-1 markets (USA, Canada, Australia, Western Europe).
What we expect from you:
— From 2 years of experience in performance marketing/user acquisition;
—Experience with Meta Ads, AppLovin, Amazon Ads and/or other paid channels;—Proven experience in launching new channels from scratch scaling;
— Deep understanding of unit economics: CPI, CAC, LTV, ROAS, ROMI;
— Ability to work with analytical tools: Appsflyer, Google Analytics, Tableau / Looker / Power BI or analogues;
— Experience in building and testing creative hypotheses;
— Strong analytical and creative skills, structural thinking;
— English — Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher;
— Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, experiment and take initiative.
