Salary: fixed rate depending on experience 60-80 thousand hryvnias/month + %

The company deals with projects in the field of construction.

Among the directions is the construction of chain stores, complex solutions for the arrangement of branded stores in shopping centers (including projects and internal networks); construction of detached buildings for coffee shops, sports clubs, medical facilities; design and arrangement of office premises, etc.

Requirements for candidates:

• Higher education, preferably in the field of construction;
• Professional work experience of 2 years or more;
• Skills read project and estimate documentation, understanding the principles of estimating;
• A confident user of MS Office, Microsoft Project;
• AutoCAD - at an intermediate level (for review);
• Knowledge of standards, technical conditions and other regulatory documents related to the development and preparation of technical documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Engineering support of construction objects at all stages;
• Interaction with the customer and subcontractors;
• Pre-investment phase of the project: conducting negotiations, approval decisions, drawing up work schedules;
• Investment phase: work with subcontractors, control of work execution, reporting;
• Commissioning of the facility: transfer of the results of the completed works to the customer, signing of acts of completed works and executive documentation.

Working conditions:

• Official employment;
• Booking;
• Schedule: Mon-Fri, from 9:00 to 18:00;
• Fixed rate, plus stable bonuses for managing each project, it is possible to manage several projects simultaneously, the bonus part will depend on this;
• There are no commissions for employment.
