We are currently looking for a leader of the Customer Relations Management area, who will focus on building a system for effective work with the return and retention of users.

What challenges await:
— ownership of user research and churn prevention systems and processes;
—creating a system for early identification of target loyal users and effective adaptation of the user journey to the appropriate segments and behavioral patterns;
- work with live-ops initiatives, email & sms mailings and other components in building systems of effective interaction with users;
- close work with product, marketing and other stakeholders, management of current teams from this area.
