We are looking for Marketing Analyst in the analytics team. You will interact with the affiliate marketing team, look for insights, influence the company's results and work with large amounts of data.

Tasks:
— Formation and optimization of reports showing key performance indicators such as ROI, ROAS and others to evaluate the return on traffic from partners.
— Identifying patterns and opportunities to improve marketing strategies; forming conclusions and analytical notes.
—Executing requests from the marketing department and other departments (as needed), which may include a/b testing, anomaly detection, and reporting improvements.
- Coordination of integration processes with other tracking systems, formation of requirements for data engineers and further implementation of new data in reports.

From you:
— 3-5 years of experience in a similar analyst position in the marketing function in the gambling/betting/traffic arbitrage domains.
— Deep understanding of the principles of affiliate marketing and methods of evaluating its effectiveness.
—High proficiency in Power BI (+DAX) to create interactive dashboards and reports.
- Experience using Python/R for data analysis, process automation, and model development.
- Knowledge of SQL at a high level to create and optimize queries, work with databases.
