Group Product Manager (In-Branch Delivery & Pickup Services) in Nova poshta

Nova Poshta is the leader of express delivery in Ukraine. Our team is constantly growing and we are currently looking for a Group Product Manager (In-Branch Delivery & Pickup Services)to lead the development of in-branch pickup and delivery products.

Main duties:

• Form a product vision and roadmap for sending and receiving services in departments for C2C, B2C, B2B segments. 
• Improve the customer journey of sending and receiving, initiate changes at all touch points. 
• Analyze customer pain points: queues, service speed, waiting time, errors, WISMO.
• Responsible for reducing the number of customer complaints and improving the quality of service.
• Ensure revenue growth in branches by improving services and convenience.
• Increase the number of customers and the volume of created/received parcels in branches.
• Maintain prioritization, backlog, user stories, requirements.
• Collaborate with Mobile/Web teams to improve pre-parcel creation.
• Work with Data/BI to implement metrics: time service, conversions, SLA, CSI.
• Run A/B tests, UX improvements, standardized processes for branch network.

Candidate requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management or leadership of product teams.
• Experience of working with physical points (branches, delivery points) and digital services.
• Knowledge of Discovery, Delivery, UX, product analytics.
• Strong analytical and systems skills.
• Experience working with operational teams.
• Ability to work with stakeholders at different levels: operations, logistics, IT, management.
• Ability to present work, results, andstrategy and roadmap in a clear, structured form.
