efectivo consists of a mobile application for employees and

a web version for supervisors in plants production,

warehouses and distribution centers.

Responsibilities:

1. Graphic design:

• Creating visual graphics for websites, mobile applications and other digital products.
• Designing logos, icons, illustrations and other graphic elements consistent with the company's visual identification.
• Developing consistent and aesthetic user interfaces (UI) with attention to detail and in accordance with industry best practices.

1. UX Design:

• Conducting user research and analyzing their needs and expectations.
• Creating user personas and user journey maps.
• Developing and testing interactive prototypes to validate design concepts.
• Conducting usability tests and analyzing the results to optimize user experiences.

1. Collaboration with the team:

• Close cooperation with developers , product managers and other team members to implement projects in accordance with the assumed goals.
• Participation in team meetings, presenting and defending your design concepts.
• Providing graphic and UX guidelines to the development team, supporting them during project implementation.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Experience working as a graphic designer and UI design /UX - min. 3 years.
• Knowledge of graphic design and prototyping tools, especially Figma.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate with various project stakeholders.
• Creativity, attention to detail and the ability to work under time pressure.
• Advanced knowledge of English.
