Graphic designer (no experience) in Fit Puls

Hello, creative soul with a love for colors, fonts and beauty! 
We are a young design studio in Kyiv that makes branding, social networks, merch and websites. We are looking for a junior graphic artist / intern who wants to learn, draw and grow with us.

No experience? It's absolutely normal — we take exactly those and bring them to people in 3–6 months.

What we offer:

• Office: Kyiv, right bank (convenient location near the metro)

• Schedule: 5/2, 10:00–19:00

• Salary: fixed at the start + % of projects after trial

• Full training: Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, principles of typography, branding, motion-basis

• 1-on-1 mentoring from a senior designer (certified Adobe and Figma specialist)

• Earnings after 3-4 months: from 15-25 thousand UAH (depends on your speed growth)

What will you do (gradually):

• At first: prepare layouts based on references, make simple banners, posts for social networks

• After 1–2 months: take on real client tasks under the supervision of a mentor

• After 3–4 months: independently lead small projects (social networks, merch, landings)

What is required of you:

• A very strong desire to learn and do quickly

• The ability to draw at least at the level of "I can draw something similar to a reference"

• The desire to sit in Figma for 6-10 hours a day (at the beginning it is normal)

• English A2–B1 (read the Figma/Photoshop interface)

• Willingness to work in the office (the first 3–4 months for sure)
