Location : Remote/Hybrid (Limassol, Cyprus)

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced freelance recruiter to help our company identify and hire high-level professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in recruiting and be comfortable working remotely for an international company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Publish & Promote Vacancies: Create and post job advertisements across relevant platforms.
• Candidate Sourcing: Identify, screen, and shortlist top candidates.
• Interviewing: Conduct and record interviews in English.
• Coordination: Arrange interviews and ensure seamless communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Position Closure: Ensure positions are filled within the agreed timeline.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in recruitment or a relevant university degree.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, with strong reporting capabilities.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to work independently and remotely in a global setting.
