We are looking for a customer support associate with fluent English and strong communication skills. You’ll assist and guide our clients worldwide as a customer support associate, providing top-notch assistance and improving our help center.

What you’ll do:
- Responding to inbound chats and emails to customers and helping them use the app.
- Maintaining and improving Spacebring Help Center to help customers help themselves.
- Collecting customers’ feedback and passing it to the Product Team.
What you need:
- Excellent Ukrainian and English speaking and writing skills.
- Highly communicative personality, eager to help people.
- Detail-oriented thinking and constantly striving to improve your skills.
