Managing finances in a multi-billion dollar global company is not just about numbers. As part of our finance team, you will collect, analyze and provide analytical information to enable everyone at Mondelez International to make informed decisions. Do it with ambition!
In this role you will:
- Build cross-functional partnerships, effectively influence, and design and implement business process improvements in the areas of planning, reporting and management efficiency;
- Work on daily/weekly/monthly planning and reporting in partnership with our internal and external finance support team, participate in forecasting process including monthly/quarterly updates and annual/strategic plans;
- Analyze monthly/quarterly actuals and key reasons for deviations. Perform thorough EVA (Pricing, Variety, Volume, Value) analysis, create and maintain business models, ensure consistency of financial reporting across all categories, and work on key financial projects that create value for the company.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all monthly, quarterly and annual closing (within area of responsibility), planning and forecasting workflows are well planned and coordinated, executed on time and with impeccable accuracy.
- Consolidation of monthly/quarterly actuals including key performance indicators and comments on gross income, net income and trade investment.
- Prepare consolidation of financial indicators within the area of responsibility.
- Build effective communication and provide support to the marketing team in terms of plans, actual results and deviation factors from the budget.
- Development of metrics and performance indicators to understand, quantify and prevent risks and create opportunities.
- Development and maintenance of financial model and other analytical tools to meet business needs, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, performance tracking and analysis of results.
- Find ways to improve and improve planning, budgeting and reporting processes.
- Manage and ensure consistent review of results with internal management and business partners.
- Ensure a reliable control and compliance environment in your area of activity and full compliance with policies.
- Help management and business prepare critical financial data and analytics that allow you to develop business strategies and make decisions.

We expect from you:
- Higher education (economics, finance, accounting, etc.).
Relevant experience in the field of finance (planning, forecasting) in multinational companies.Experience with financial systems, in particular, will be an advantage. formulas and graphs / dashboards).- Skills for developing reporting packages in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Skills for processing and analyzing large amounts of data.
