Forex Recruiter (with training) in GlobalFleet Logistics

We are looking for a sociable and active person who wants to develop in the field of recruiting and financial products. Experience is not necessary - we will teach you all the processes of recruiting personnel specifically for the Forex direction.

Responsibilities:

• search for candidates for vacancies in the field of Forex and financial sales;

• conducting initial interviews (phone/online);

• evaluation of candidates' soft and hard skills according to a clear checklist;

• publication of vacancies on public, websites, social networks;

• work with CRM and reporting on closing positions;

• close interaction with sales teams and the HR department.

Requirements:

• desire to learn recruiting and work in the field Forex;

• competent communication, confidence in dialogue;

• basic PC skills, quick adaptation to new tools;

• attention, responsibility, ability to work with a large flow of candidates;

• willingness to work according to structured processes.
