Your tasks:

• organize and control the design showcase;

• ororganize and control the work of personnel, conduct training on production issues;

• ensure timely supply of raw materials, food products, control the terms, assortment, quantity and quality of their receipts;

• monitor the sanitary condition of production and warehouse premises, halls in accordance with the requirements of sanitary norms and rules;

• take inventory; style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">monitor compliance by employees with the rules and norms of occupational health and safety, fire safety, industrial sanitation, labor discipline, internal labor regulations;

• conduct accounting, statistical and other reporting by department.

  higher education; style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">experience in a relevant position of 1 year or more will be an advantage;

  • high efficiency and organization;

  • knowledge of normative legal acts and documents on state regulation of the operation of catering establishments;

  • knowledge of requirements for storage;
