We're on the lookout for a talented and dedicated SMM Specialist to join our marketing team. 

As an SMM Specialist , you will be responsible for developing and creating engaging content across various platforms. You will work closely with our marketing and communications teams to ensure that our brand message is communicated effectively to our target audience. In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your writing and editing skills to produce high-quality content that captures the attention of our online community.

What you will do:

• Organize content shoots at the office;
• Edit video content for TikTok and Reels;
• Work with video editing software;
• Generate ideas, creating content plans, and scripts for videos in line with the company's TOV;
• Assistance in managing the company's TikTok and Instagram pages;
• Monitor global content trends on TikTok and Instagram;
• Research competitors and benchmarking;
• Develop a strategy for attracting subscribers through content;
• Create new sections on social media;
• Create, develop, and implement engagement mechanics in stories;
• Generate ideas for stories and writing texts;
• Work with User-Generated Content (UGC);
• Measure the effectiveness of content and goal-setting.

What you need to succeed in this role:

• 1+ year of experience in SMM;
• Fluent in Ukrainian and proficient in English at the intermediate level or higher;
• Case studies and work samples are required;
• Availability of equipment for content creation;
• Understanding of social media algorithms and nuances of content creation for TikTok, and Instagram;
• Proficient experience with video editing programs/applications;
• Creativity and proactivity.

Will be a great plus:

• Desire to learn AI tools in the field of photo/video creation.
