About the Role

We are looking for a Campaign Manager for the Polish market to manage campaigns for our SaaS business and create an inbound lead generation machine. This role is crucial for driving our business's growth by creating and managing effective marketing campaigns that attract and convert high-quality leads.

What We're Looking For

    • Experience : 3-5 years in campaign management, ideally in SaaS. Proven success in running campaigns.
    • Knowledge : Strong knowledge of digital channels (email, social, paid, SEO).
    • Skills : Ability to manage campaigns from A to Z: planning, setting goals, creating content, executing, optimizing, evaluating etc.
    • Drive : Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for helping businesses succeed.
    • Language : C2 level in Polish and min. B2 in English.
    • Flexibility : Ability to spend an onboarding phase (4-6 weeks) in company HQ in Ostrava. Then visiting us occasionally.
    • A big plus for you is familiarity with the local business environment.
