As a Customer Support Specialist , you'll be the face of the company, the first point of contact for valued customers. Your role will be critical in ensuring customers have a seamless, positive experience with the product and services. You'll handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and go above and beyond to deliver solutions that exceed expectations.

Product: EMR system that manages patient medical records. Currently, the project is at the MVP stage.

Team: The team includes talented and ambitious professionals, namely with a CEO, Product Owner, as well as several Front-End and Back-End Developers.

Together we will:

  • Provide top-notch support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring every customer interaction is friendly, helpful, and efficient;
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases when necessary;
  • Work closely with the product team to ensure customer feedback is heard and acted upon;
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure complete satisfaction;
  • Continuously improve support processes by sharing insights and suggestions with the team.

Requirements

What you will need:

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service;
  • Fluent communication skills of written and spoken English (C1-C2) ;
  • Analytical and research skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment;
  • Positive and responsible attitude.

Would be a plus:

  • A strong interest in IT;
  • Experience with CRM systems;
  • Good sense of humor :)
