Financial manager / Treasurer in Vartis, TOV

We are developing dynamically, implementing modern financial tools and automation, and are currently looking for a professional Treasurer who wants to work in a strong team and influence the company's financial decisions.

Basic requirements

• Higher specialized education (finance / economics).

• Experience of working as a treasurer in a trading or financial company.

• Owning of budgeting and financial management tools flows.

• Sure knowledge of 1C 8.2 and Excel (including summary tables and formulas).

• Knowledge of accounting and management accounting, principles of document management.

• Experience of participation in projects on automation of financial processes.

• Developed analytical thinking, attentiveness to details, responsibility.

• Ability to work with large volumes of data and structure information.

Main duties

• Control, coordination and analysis of the company's financial flows.

• Work with banks: preparation of documents, support of credit products, control of timeliness of communication.

• Management of liquidity and placement of free funds (deposits, overnight, etc.).

• Interaction with insurance companies and mortgage appraisers.

• Management accounting in 1C: analysis and adjustment of cash flows.

• Planning of the flow of funds (weekly/monthly), participation in annual budgeting.

• Control of administrative expenses and their compliance with the budget.

• Preparation of management reporting for management.

• Participation in the development of the planning system and automation of the payment calendar.
