About company

The company is in the stage of systemic transformation of the financial function and we are looking for a financial manager who will help put the finances in order and has the ambition to grow to the position of CFO within 1 year.

Finance Department -4 people

Responsibilities

• Control and analysis of accounting reporting

• Closing the financial month without delays and surprises

• Building and maintaining a budget, P&L, cash-flow

• Financial planning and forecasting (3-6 months)

• Analysis of deviations (fact / plan / forecast)

• Building a payroll model and cost control on staff

• Liquidity and payment calendar control

• Financial modeling and growth scenarios

• Preparation of financial analytics for CEOs and heads of departments

• Initiation and implementation of financial processes and controls

Requirements for the candidateHard skills

Required:

• Experience as a financial manager 700">5+ years

• Understanding FOP / LLC structures in Ukraine

• Basic understanding of taxes, EUS, VAT (logic, not nuances of laws)

• Ability to read and analyze accounting reports

• Experience in budgeting, P&L, cash-flow

400">Will be a plus:

• Work with BI / dashboards

• Experience with ERP or payroll systems

• Understanding unit economics and revenue metrics
