Financial manager (cash flow management and work with banks) in Vartis, TOV

We have been providing comprehensive supply of rolled metal for construction sites, industrial enterprises and entrepreneurs. Our network includes more than 55 metal centers throughout the country, and the team consists of more than 600 specialists.

The purpose of the role:

Ensuring effective management of the company's cash flows, stable operation of payment processes and interaction with banks, as well as development and optimization of internal financial procedures to increase transparency, control and financial stability of business.

Main tasks:

• Company payment support and application processing in 1C
• Optimization of the payment application approval process, development of internal policies
• Implementation and support of the payment application process in group companies (together with IT/developers)
• Analysis of the plan/fact of financial and banking expenses
• Credit portfolio support (loans, bank guarantees, factoring, etc.)
• Communication with banks, control of tariffs and terms of cooperation
• Calculation of financial indicators for banks and monitoring of compliance with covenants

Expectations from the candidate:

• Higher education (finance / economics / business administration)
• Work experience from 3 years in a similar position
• Proficient in Excel and 1C
• Experience with banks and credit tools will be an advantage
• Analytical thinking, ability to work with a large amount of data
• Ability to present financial decisions in a reasoned manner
• Attention to details, responsibility, ability to work in the mode multitasking
